Went into Dunedin to see a live performance and decided to stay over the night. A great olace to stay and so convenient to everything.

Great hotel close with fabulous staff, however there is a steep hill you will need to walk to get to the city centre.

Close to the town centre and everything we wanted to do.

Located in Frankton, Sudima was convenient for us as we flew home the following day. There were some shops nearby and a few eateries but we chose to drive into Queenstown for dinner. The hotel was quite new; the rooms and public areas are comfortable and in good condition, the staff are helpful. Breakfast was average in quality, with definite room for improvement. Fresh juice self serve machine was a big plus. Overall, we were happy with the experience.Despite being near the airport, we heard no noise.

Clean and quiet and safe. Great location away from downtown traffic. Limited free hotel parking, but paid parking is right behind hotel and plenty of spaces

Staff were helpful and not overly chatty. Checked in at 5pm only to be told room was not ready for at least another hour. When check-in time is supposed to be 2pm/3pm. Good paid parking. Hotel appeared to operate on skeletal staff. Room was very spacious and clean however, there was a big gap between floor and door which allowed cold air and noise to travel into room. Amenities were very good especially decent sized kettle for tea. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast offerings were very good both hot and cold.
