The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful & rooms were nicely furnished and spacious. But the best part is the location, so central and easily walkable to all of the cities main attractions.

Lovely staff, great pool and sauna

My brother and I have a wonderful experience here! The front staff was very welcoming and friendly. The entire hotel is beautiful and well kept. It was great walking distance to the royal mile and we appreciate the coffee shops near by

The hotel is in a great area of the New Town. Close to restaurants, cafes and shops as well as easy walking to all the main sights. Our room was great - clean, comfortable, brilliant shower and controllable air con which was a huge plus in the unusually warm weather we had! Highly recommended

I initially booked this hotel out of convenience. It was located near to both Haymarket Station and the Usher Hall. That was my main concern. I was totally amazed by the helpfulness, the friendliness, and the professionalism of the staff at the hotel. They were all outstanding! This was such a surprise to me as Id only expected a basic bed for the night. The room was immaculately clean, and the bed was SO comfy. They provide an early check in and a late check out facility, which was ideal for my arrangements. I couldnt fault one thing about this hotel.
