Pet friendly accommodation in Gastown

Great location for stadium. A bit more of a walk to central downtown and the waterfront, but there is a Skytrain station nearby. Some road noise but that’s to be expected in a city centre. Room had everything needed. Having a yoga mat in the room was a nice touch.

Just liked how the staff were able to get on with their work and leave you without being intrusive. I thought the rooms were cosy and great

Sid and Derar at the front desk were very attentive and extremely welcoming. They really set the standards high and exceeded them.

The 3 hostesses at the restaurant who served us on different days were very slow and their attitude was very different from the rest of the hotel staff, who are fast and very helpful. The worst one was on December 27th at approximately 5:00 p.m. She showed little empathy, there was a line of approximately 6 groups of guests, all very upset.
