This was a convenient stay and the staff were wonderful. The rooms in this location aren’t as updated as some other Coast Hotels, but it was still perfectly acceptable and it was very clean. Great staff.

Chlorine smell in the rooms "with a pool view"
The first room we stayed in smelled of chlorine because of the pool. We were downgraded in room status but still paid the King rate. I'm not sure why I wasn't refunded the difference but here we are. If you are staying in a room with "a pool view", you might not like the room smell.

I stay here every time I come to Kamloops for work, but unfortunately this time wasn’t anything great. Had paid for/requested an atrium view room, but was “upgraded” to a king room with a sitting area and parking lot view. I didn’t mind too much as I appreciated an upgrade. But the room itself felt very old, substantially more aged than other rooms at the same facility. Also, water pressure was almost non existent, and took 15 mins to heat up. Will still stay here again due to past experiences, but this one wasn’t great
