I had a shower after arrival.. grabbed a towel and started to dry myself before realising the towel was dirty and was covered in someone else’s blood smears and other bodily fluids. I contacted reception who weren’t apologetic and wouldn’t assist to clean the bathroom bench that the towel has been on. They eventually sent a staff member to investigate - they went the bus driver!!!! The bus driver confirmed as I had stated the towel had blood on it. I was told no house keeping could assist with cleaning and was told to just have take fresh towels. Would never recommend this place to anyone and want a refund. Disgusting.

The property is close to Melbourne airport. It provides a free shuttle bus to and from the airport. The hotel is equipped with microwave and fridge. It has a restaurant and bar on the ground floor of the hotel. However, the Wi-Fi is weak. It keeps on dropping. The hotel should upgrade their Wi-Fi to a strong and stable one.
