Comfortable but noisy
Bed was extremely comfortable, but was at an odd angle in room (faced window, setting sun blazed right into bed, not facing TV). Hallway noise was EXTREMELY loud from neighboring guests and doors slamming could be heard easily inside room. Nice gym and lobby area.

We were so disappointed with the poor customer service at the hotel. We asked the employee about parking options when we checked in. He gave us the prices for normal parking and also valet parking, but then said he was going to waive the parking fees for us! We stood at the counter while he said he was adjusting our reservation to waive the fees. However, when we checked out, the check out employee charged us $117 for parking. I relayed the story to her about how our parking fees had been waived at check in, but she said no, there was nothing noted in our reservation. What angers us is that we never asked for the parking fees to be waived; the employee gladly offered to do it. And once this was offered to us, it should not have been taken away. This is terrible customer service. We have no desire to return to this hotel.
