The rooms were nice but missing basic amenities like a refrigerator and microwave, and the customer service was virtually nonexistent. It’s essentially a DIY hotel where you check in and issue your own room keys. For any issues, you have to text through the app and hope for a response. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay or location, but I wouldn’t return unless there was an exceptional deal.

The concierge service is below the standard. In order to save costs, they are understaffed and have transferred most of the job to AI. The wake up call did not work and I missed important flight. The staff looks tired and un engaged.

It was an amazing stay overall. We liked being on the further end of the strip, with less of a crowd. The dining options were okay, we went off site for a few meals. The Taxi service was amazing. We had a ride anytime we needed one. For those who wanted a print out receipt at check out, the service was a bit slow and there was a long line. More personnel at checkout would have been helpful. Highly recommend this hotel!!

We stayed at the W for 4 nights and had an incredible time in Vegas. The weather was perfect, the food was fantastic, and the shows were outstanding. The hotel itself was clean and located in a quieter area, away from the busy Mandalay Bay scene, which was a nice break from the hustle. While we’d recommend the hotel to others, we want to share a heads-up about hidden fees. At check-in, we opted for an upgrade and were informed about the resort fees, so we expected those at checkout. Since we hadn’t charged anything else to the room, we thought we knew what to expect. However, we were surprised to find additional charges: $16 USD per day for in-room coffee and $40 per night for a cot. When we asked if the couch pulled out, the front desk staff said it didn’t but offered to bring a cot to our room. What they didn’t mention was the $40 per night fee for the cot. Considering the resort fee is already $80 CAD per night, it’s disappointing that basic amenities like coffee pods aren’t included.
