The Elara offers great views and a relaxing atmosphere. Las Vegas may not seem a likely destination for a relaxing getaway but this hotel/resort offers just that. Close enough to everything but its off the strip so we can make a quick exit from all the noise. That being said, the couches, carpets and other hotel furnishings are overdue for an update::))

We stayed there before, but this experience left a very bad taste. Some room requests that were made before booking were completely ignored, even though it was apparent the requests could have been fulfilled. The people we dealt with in that regard kept implying it was our fault and that we should have made the requests sooner -- which we did. Probably a mistake was made, but they would not own up to it. Some of the amenities were lacking, including the clothes washer and dryer, which did not properly clean the clothes and which left a very bad smell. We have stayed there in the past and enjoyed it, but this time was not like any of those. It was very disappointing. But the staff's reaction is what caused the most anger and frustration. It was really just two or three of the staff, but that's enough to really take the shine out of a vacation when you hoped to relax and clear your mind.

Suite fit 6 people comfortably. Location is Accessible and easy walk to strip, shops, etc… the only annoying thing is some construction of walk bridge to cross over, you have to go through a dirty walkway

Hotel was nice and staff very nice. The only complaint is there was not an ice machine on our floor. Only certain floors have the ice machines. We looked all over trying to find one and then found out they are on certain floors. Would have been nice to know.

The floor to ceiling windows with a view of the sunrise and sunset was super. The kitchen- very convenient and the location very central. We would definitely book here again.
