Hotel location is a plus, rooms are nice & have everything you need for the stay. And CLEAN. Hotel lobby area, walkway area to room is OK.. You will be listing to loud music since the flamingo pool party is going on till 5pm. Did not seem to bother me as you will hear the music muffled in a way/ and if you are not planning to stay in the room during the day time anyways shouldn’t be a big deal. Parking is free, and a short 1 min walk. Staff is friendly always checking in to see if anything is needed( communicated with me via text) which I liked. Over all stay was good.

Terrible way to treat guests
Wanted to checkin and relax after a long drive. Deborah had us check in at the guest desk rather than VIP (no wait, no one in line) we are Hilton Dimond members. After we get our keys Deborah is insisting on giving us information and a welcome packet etc. after several attempts, I finally said “I don’t wanna make a call to complain about this unnecessary persistence, we’ll come back for the welcome packet.” That’s when Deborah got all rude and starting shouting down the hall, as we were on the way to the elevator. It was very uncomfortable and absolutely scary.

The Hyatt Grand Vacation is the perfect place to stay when you want to be close to all the action, but not too close. The room was very comfortable for our family of four. The property is adjacent to the Flamingo, the Linq Promenade and the High Roller. Many excellent restaurants are in close walking distance without having to put up with smoky casinos or really drunk people.

Great location in the heart of it all. It's loud during the day with the Flamingo pool next door playing music. Hotel room large clean, and nicely appointed. Close to monorail, and free hotel parking across the street. You can't beat the location. Pool for the hotel is never that busy which is nice.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel in the best room Ive ever stayed in with huge bath, great kitchen facilities and so much space. The staff were really helpful. Our only problem was finding the hotel car park using Apple Maps - which really didnt work at all.

The location is excellent; right next to the Flamingo and very walkable especially once you have a key card. But 2 out of 3 elevators were broken during most of our stay. And the washer/dryer in our suite wasn't connected to water so couldn't wash our clothes.

We loved our stay at Hilton Grand Vacation @ Flamingo. It was everything we needed. Only 1 thing was bothersome and that was the loud music coming from the Flamingo GO pool starting at 9 am to 6pm but there’s not much that can be done about that.

The location is great and convenient. It is a minute walk to the high roller and the promenade. It’s within walking distance of everything along the strip (the furthest thing on the strip is the Luxor and it’s less than a mile away). They have a family pool separate from an adults only pool which was incredibly convenient for adults who wanted to party away from kids and families who didn’t have to deal with a bunch of drunks. The staff was friendly and incredibly helpful.
