I'd certainly stay there again
Whilst the property feels a little 'tired', it's clean and 'does what it says on the tin'. We enjoyed our stay and the lady on reception was very friendly and helpful. Great value for what we wanted..... a one night stay in London not too far from the Royal Albert Hall. [By the way, whilst the booking was in my wife's name, Sara, it was me who stayed there.... SIMON]

Exactly as expected
The hotel is what it offers. A regular 3-stars with no inconveniences. The only downside is that there’s no minibar in the room.

Not a very good stay
We didn’t realize the hotel did not have an elevator, and we had heavy luggage and had to walk up five flights of stairs. The room is very small and there were no amenities (beverages, etc). The water pressure was also very weak. The woman at the desk was very nice though and apologetic It was still tough walking up and down five flights of stairs every time you wanted to leave the room. The location was great, but would not stay again.

A very traditional Victorian tradition hotel with all the charm. Brilliant location. No lift, not a problem for us but beware if you need a lift. Pimlico underground around the corner and quick easy access to all of London from a safe location.
