The room was certainly on the smaller side, but I suppose that’s common for central London. Furniture could also use an upgrade, but otherwise everything was excellent. Charming and cozy hotel close to Earl’s court underground, plenty of restaurants just a couple streets away off a quiet, picturesque little square. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. A very good value for the money! I would definitely visit again.

Good location
In good location. Room size good, toilet and shower cramped. Very thin walls, and very loud guests. Woken up at 4am with doors banging and could hear conversation through the walls.

I was put in room 48 on my first night, it’s next to the lift and very loud. I always travel with earplugs but even with them in I could hear the door opening and shutting every time someone used the lift. I asked to be moved and was given a room on the first floor for my second night which was far better. The shower room (a cupboard with a toilet, sink and shower) in room 48 is tiny, usable, just but tiny. The room on the first floor was far better in all respects. The hotel did the job, it’s cheap and the condition reflects this. If I was t put next to the lift then I would say I got what I paid for but don’t expect anything other than very, very basic and really small rooms.

The hotel is in a nice area, convenient to shops and restaurants in Earl's Court and near the tube station. The hotel is quite old (converted from attractive 19th century private residences?) but clean. The room was very small and with no air-conditioning (that we could find), however the window could be opened and we were actually more comfortable than we normally would be with air-conditioning and sealed windows. There was only one lift, which was slow and could only take two people at a time. Overall though, it was good value for money and I would stay here in preference to some of the more expensive alternatives in this area.

The hotel is in pretty bad condition, there are several better options in the same square that are so much better for the same rate

Check-in was easy and bed was comfortable. Shower overflowed and almost flooded apartment. Bed bugs. Loved the view and location.

Quiet and pleasant location. Very walkable from the Earl's Court underground station, as well as supermarket and a number of eateries. Walking at night felt really safe. Check in was easy, and nice to know the front desk is manned 24/7. Room had everything we needed, all clean, tidy and comfortable. But, there were some minor qwerks and faults: - Large and odd step up the bathroom, caused some cursing in the middle of the night. - Beds were super springy and comfortable, but the sheets didn't fit them well and had completely untucked by morning. - Above the beds had multifunctional lamp fixtures (lamp, spotlight and USB charging ports), but they were way too high up from the beds - because the beds were so squishy, we had to basically stand up on the beds to turn the switches. - One of the lamp fixtures was hanging out of the wall, and kind of crackled on and off sometimes, like the wiring was a bit dodgy. - There was very little space between or at the ends of the beds - nowhere to put our bags but on the beds or just inside the entrance, which didn't feel very safe. - There was no bolt lock inside the room, and no do not disturb/service needed door handle sign, so we had house keeping barge in on us twice. But overall, it was a pleasant and restful stay, with facilities on par with the price range. I'd definitely stay there again!

Convenient, clean facilities, friendly staff. There are wear and tear issues such as broken TV remote and leaking, malfunctioning water valves in the shower. Overall a good choice for London visits.

Hotel is a nice short 3-5 minute walk to the Earl’s Court underground station. Had 2 double beds but room was extremely small for the 3 of us and shower is very small as is the 2-person lift. Room was clean and a good value. Would stay again if it was just the two of us. No parking in the immediate area.

You get what you pay for.
Booked as working in London for a couple of days. Warm welcome on arrival. Room was v small. Bathroom tiny to the point that your feet are on the shower tray while using the toilet! Shower was old and weak. Everything was fine. V basic. Bed slid along the floor if you leant against the headrest. You get what you pay for.

If you like a no frills place to stay, this is not a bad choice. Room was small for 3 people especially if you have luggages pre-cruise. The 2 person elevator was a plus compared to other similar places that do not have elevator.
