Everyone at this property was so amazing. Loved the pool although it isn’t really indoor. There’s some homeless people outside but they’re pretty polite. Just minding their business. It’s walkable to everything you need to do. Really good food nearby as well as Santa Monica pier and Muscle beach. Venice is less than a mile away as well. This hotel has really amazing staff and it’s very clean. I’ll stay here again. Thank you!

EXCELLENT location if you don't have a car / vehicle , are not driving.The Los Angeles E Line Metro station is 100 meters away which takes you to downtown LA and beyond in under an hour, and offers multiple transfer options along the way. The Big Blue Bus 3 stop that takes you to LAX City bus centre in under an hour for $1.25 ( phenomenal value ) is one block away on 4th Avenue. Had room on 5th floor, very spacious , clean etc. Trader Joes next door, lots or restaurant options within 3 - 5 blocks, and pier only 4 blocks away. Not a fancy hotel per se but ticks off a lot of boxes. Also comes with a very good breakfast which is a great time saver especially if you are on a short duration trip to Santa Monica and want to hit the road running.

Inconvenience that two people had to work on one family checking in, I wasn’t even acknowledged I was standing there for awhile to be checked in. I asked to extend my stay but they weren’t able to do that at the front desk, gave me a website to do it but couldn’t guarantee my same room so I didn’t have to move rooms (that is why I did Not extend my stay), friendliest person was the valet guy who always had a smile on his face. Breakfast was good. Pool and hot tub were nice - make sure you ask for extra towels all the towels are very thin and small! Security was a little much - having full hands with luggage having a key card and pushing a button at the same time in the elevator was annoying.
