A 6 minute drive to Sorrento Village, main street retail shops, cafes, restaurants, hotels, Queenscliff Ferry. The Portsea Golf Club is so close, only a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive.

You are to bring sheets, pillow cases, bathroom towels & bathroom linen, beach towels. Hire linen is available. Contact our office for prices which includes delivery & beds made up prior to arrival. Hire linen orders must be received at least 1 week prior to arrival during the year, 4 weeks prior during Summer peak times from 1 December to 31 January.
STRICTLY
No schoolie groups bookings, events, or parties. Only mature guests will be considered. Instant bookings that do not comply with the minimum requirements will not be accepted & cancelled. Our booking terms & conditions cancellation policy will apply.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Mornington Peninsula Shire Short Stay Rental Accommodation Local Law. Guests must ensure they read and follow the requirements of the Code of Conduct during their stay. The Code of Conduct requires guests to:
