Very suitable layout for our adult family. Plenty of room and location excellent for visiting great restaurants in Lygon st. All walking distance. Quiet area lovely surroundings. A little maintenance required.

This property was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. It is close to shops, transport and restaurants. It was in a quiet leafy street with an easy walk to Lygon street. It would benefit from more thorough cleaning of the apartment, however all bedding and towels were clean.

Stunning
The photos do not do this property justice. It's a gorgeous 3 bedroom house. Built in wardrobes, comfy beds, study nook, car space, air con. The place feels brand new. There is a deck out the front perfect for entertaining and another smaller deck out the back. Clean and sleek bathrooms and kitchen. Amanda was friendly and a good communicator. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Great Family Apartment
My husband and two children stayed at this apartment for a week and loved it. It's spacious and has everything a family needs. It's located near Princes Park, the zoo, Lygon Street, Melbourne Museum and lots of other attractions. It also has great access to the trams to access the city center in just a few minutes. Check in and communication with the owner was super easy.

Lovely home close to city
Our family of 6 loved this property. Needs a bit of TLC (bathroom doors need locks for privacy, garbage bins need to be changed), but other than that, it ticked all our boxes. Beds were very comfy, kitchen was practical for those who like to indulge in cooking (oven was great). So close to everything, with the added benefit of restaurants close by (literally 5min walking distance). Car spot near entry door makes it easy to move in and out. Quiet spot in Carlton, with mostly local slow traffic going through.

We travelled as a group of 5 adults. This property was very comfortable for us. It’s very clean and beds are comfortable. The decor of this property is chic and modern. As this is the first property we stayed in Melbourne, we were naive to think that after keying the key code, the door will be unlocked. We had a good laugh that we needed the keys.

Great Melbourne stay
The unit is well located just 5 min from Lygon St and all it’s great cafes, restaurants and bars. It is also close to transport. The unit itself is lovely, well equipped and presented. Our host, Amanda is easily contacted and offers lots of assistance.

This was a perfect location, we came to see HPCC, which is downtown, but the tram is just a block away as is Lygon street esp brunetti’s, (also a woollies) for eating at all hours of the day but still very quiet spot. The vertue of the coffee drink was a highlight for brekky! The apt is lovelier than the pics reveal, with high ceilings, extra touches like knit blankets, lots of pillows, coffee / tea station with pods, a/c and tv work great and are easy to use. Plenty of space, well stocked kitchen though we only cooked once with all the food avail nearby. Would not hesitate to book again, in fact looking forward to coming back some time. The check in is easy and communication with Amanda excellent. Great long weekend!

This property was an excellent stay for 3 adults and 3 kids. The location was excellent, property in great condition, quite modern and new and mostly clean. Definitely suited to six people comfortably, was the great bonus of a single off street driveway carpark which was excellent. An awesome family stay property. Some minor details that need to be addressed: - A few more toilet rolls (4 spare) and additional dishwasher tablets (only two provided for a four night stay) wouldn't go astray - The fan in ensuite is broken - Lock on main bathroom door requires fixing - The backyard requires attention and maintenance with an large overflow of weeds. Again, these are minor comments to what was an overall excellent experience. Thanks Amanda!

We were in Melbourne for two weeks to support our daughter (from Perth) at Melbourne Fringe. Amanda was wonderful to deal with (particularly with all of our arriving and departing logistics). Everything was just so easy. The apartment is in a great location - very close to trams and Lygon Street but, amazingly, it was also very quiet. We could (and did) walk most places. We chose Carlton because we wanted to be near the Carlton Trades Hall but it really is a tremendous location for anyone wanting to explore Melbourne. Fitzroy and the city within walking distance. Some wonderful bars and restaurants nearby (DOC Pizza and Mozarella Bar Restaurant / King & Godfree Rooftop Bar among our favourites). The apartment is really well laid out, very stylish with everything you could possibly need. There were four of us staying and we never felt as though we were getting on top of each other. The Wi-Fi was excellent. Netflix. Central heating and cooling, Washer and dryer. Nice coffee machine. Dishwasher. Two nice outdoor spaces to sit and read. It was all great. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Amanda.
