Front desk weren't the most friendly but the cleaner was. I stayed 3 nights and each day my room was cleaned. The cleaner also offered to carry my bags to my room. Tv didn't work in room, i called the reception but no one answered. Reception was closed at 9am on Monday so the cleaner took my key so i could check out. Talk about a staff member that goes above and beyond. I hope she is treated well, paid well and valued well

Good location from the airport. Rooms budget but ok. Be careful when you book a refurbished room as we didn’t get one initially and the old rooms are in a poor condition. Cleaning staff very friendly and helpful. Parking facilities free and easy to find.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I wasn't happy when i got to my room to get ready to attend a wedding and i had no power then the steam from the shower kept setting off the smoke detector.

Outdated room with dodgy appliances and a non working spa, toilet leaked the whole time we were there, broken blind and a big dent in the wall. Poorly lit at night made it feel unsafe to walk around the exterior of the building. Don’t think we’ll be back again

I wish that we were aware of the noise due the wedding venue right next to our room. Also the plumbing is so noisy, that it will wake you up when guests next door have showers after midnight. Its just very noisy to have quiet sleep, as we stayed for a week due our working commitment. Otherwise older building, clean, parking available, location good just the noise was the issue for us.
