Wait in the lobby for 20 mins and no one picked up the phone and both numbers? The person final came but worked past 5 people waiting and I had to ask if he was going to serve us? He then took rubbish out and came back? Serve us without washing and was not engaged at all. Room was ok but shower was still dirty and room ove all was outdated and the curtains were to small to close? Disappointed

The rooms looked nothing like the photos (much older). No one was hardly at the desk. The emergency number didn't work to answer questions. The hallway smelled.

Only thing i had an issue with was that i requested a queen bed in both bedrooms of both apartments but got 1 queen bed & 2 singles in both apartments. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

The hotel is pretty tired with worn carpets etc, but is in a good location just off Lygon St (which is very busy in the evenings). Our room was next to the noisy lift and appeared to have some damp issues but was a decent size and well equipped with a comfortable bed (but only one pillow each). Staff at front desk were very friendly and helpful though. Overall it was not expensive for where it is, but be aware you don't get a premium experience for a budget price.
