The property is conveniently located, close to the CBD and the commercial streets in Fitzroy. The room was clean, but was a bit worn. The room was not expensive, so condition was anticipated the price. Self parking is $25 under the building.

The hotel was in a great spot, the staff were very helpful and the convenient onsite parking was great. However the room we stayed in was very dirty. The carpet was filthy, when we walked on it with bare feet our feet got dirty. There was dust and hair around the edges of the bathrooms and many surfaces of the shelves in the kitchen had grime and dust on them. The windowsills were also very dirty like they had not been wiped down in a very long time.

At our previous stay, the room was clean, tidy, 1 level, good carpark, friendly & well trained staff. This vist we were given a room that was dusty, a bike trye mark on tge walls, a 2 level room (bedrooms, toilet & bathroom on first level & kitchen & lounge on top level) which isn't an ideal room for people who aren't well, the 1 seater had terrible dark stains on where hands rest & there was no saucepan or frying pan.

Good value stay near trendy Collingwood
Room was no frills but that was reflected in the reasonable price. Shower was quite powerful but flooded the bathroom as a consequence. Really friendly staff and fast check in, would stay here again but with an extra bath mat for the power shower

Had two night stay while having treatment at St Vincent’s Hospital, which is only a short walk away. Rooms were clean and functional. Staff are approachable and very helpful. I will definitely stay here again.
