A 5 minute walk to Dimmicks Beach and nearby Pearce's beach, this two family home has all the ingredients to make a memorable, stress free holiday on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, in Blairgowrie.

Min set nights from mid December / January. Min 2 nights all other times, minimum 3 nights long weekends, min 4 nights Easter.

A large central main living area within the home provides couches with T.V., D.V.D., C.D., V.C.R, Foxtel & Wi-Fi. The kids will love their dedicated play area, with books, toys & small tv. Located on the opposite side is a couch corner to sit, read and relax. Kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, pod coffee machine and all your basic essentials are provided for meal preparation. Split system air conditioner, open fire place, portable heaters & ceiling fans. A high chair is provided. Dining table and seating for up to 12 leading to an outdoor deck with outdoor furniture and gas BBQ. Large grassy backyard for the kids to play with an enclosed trampoline.

LINEN
This property provides the basic linen package which includes mattress protectors, doonas, doona covers, pillows, pillow protectors. You are to bring top sheet, bottom sheet, pillow slips, bathroom towels, bathroom floor mat, bathroom hand towel, beach towels. Hire linen is available. Contact our office for prices which includes delivery and bedding made up prior to arrival. Hire linen orders must be received at least 1 week prior to arrival during the year, 4 weeks prior during Summer peak times from 1 December to 31 January.

STRICTLY
No schoolie groups bookings, events, or parties. Only mature guests will be considered. Instant bookings that do not comply with the minimum requirements will not be accepted and will be cancelled. Our booking terms and conditions cancellation policy will apply.

Mornington Peninsula Shire Short Stay Rental Accommodation Local Law. Guests must ensure they read and follow the requirements of the Code of Conduct during their stay. The Code of Conduct requires guests to:
• Behave responsibly during your stay. Loud yelling, screaming, cheering and aggressive behaviour is NOT acceptable and may result in the early termination of your stay if a complaint is received by Council.
• No additional accommodation is permitted on site such as tents, caravans, campervans.
• Do not use outdoor areas for activity between 11.00 pm to 7.00 am.
• Place all waste into the bins provided prior to leaving.
• Park all vehicles within the property boundary. Occupant and visitor cars cannot be parked out on the street or on nature strip areas.
Please be mindful while enjoying your stay that surrounding neighbours live in this community and are entitled to peace and amenity in their residential area. A serious breach of the Code of Conduct may result in the termination of your rental agreement and require you to immediately vacate the property.
