Min set nights from mid December to end of January. Min 2 nights all other times, min 3 nights long weekends, min 4 nights Easter.

The expansive grassed and landscaped gardens make an impression as you walk up to the front door. Rosetta provides a wonderful outdoor entertaining area for celebratory gatherings and BBQ's, outdoor setting with chairs, large sliding doors can be opened to provide easy access from the meals area.

Open plan living areas provide ample lounge seating, smart TV, reverse cycle air-conditioning, ceiling fans and a warming, cosy gas fireplace for those cooler months. A dining table to seat 10 and bar stools at the kitchen bench.

The kitchen is an entertainers delight. Modern appliances, expansive bench space, all your appliances needed accompanied with all your basic essentials including the must have bean coffee machine, will make your stay at Rosetta a stress free occasion.

A large and well lit separate butlers pantry located behind the kitchen provides more preparation space and more kitchen appliances, including 2 refrigerators.

Bedroom 1 with a queen bed, reverse cycle air-conditioning and ceiling fan.
Ensuite with walk in shower, vanity and toilet.

A cosy separate 2nd living area located at the master bedroom end of the home, provides a smaller sitting area with a lovely sofa, smart TV and gas fireplace. Curl up with a book, a glass of your favourite and enjoy the tranquility of this separate space.

Family holiday
The property was an absolute surprise and better than the photos. All adult children loved the space and modern feel. Accessible bathrooms for older parents. Fireplace was so cosy, as visited in cooler month. Close proximity to Sorrento town and beach. Will definitely book again! Loved it
