Dining area, split system air-conditioning and digital TV, Wi-Fi. Wonderful winter warming wood burning Coonara open fire heater and plenty of fire wood supplied. Outdoor table and chairs on the veranda, BBQ and tools. Gas bottles supplied.

Games room with pool table, occasional furniture, split system air-conditioner, wall heaters and digital TV.
Bedroom 1 with queen bed, digital television, built in robes and large ensuite with vanity, shower & toilet.

Bedroom 4 with a tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top), single bunk bed and a single bed, sleeping 6.

LINEN
A full bed & bathroom linen package is provided for all bookings of 4 nights or more. BYO Beach towels 3 nights or less, this property provides the basic linen package which includes mattress protectors, doonas, doona covers, pillows, pillow protectors. You are to bring top sheet, bottom sheet, pillow slips, bathroom towels, bathroom floor mat, bathroom hand towel. Hire linen is available. Contact our office for prices: includes delivery & beds made up prior to arrival. Hire linen orders must be received at least 1 week prior to arrival during the year, 4 weeks prior during Summer peak times from 1 December to 31 January.
