The property is in a very central position to public transport the city and nearby suburbs such as Brunswick and Carlton. It was in a quiet street with lots of walking tracks close to public transport with ample street parking if you choose to have a second car.
The apartment was in reasonable condition, but needed a tidy up. The windows were dirty and the balcony floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years.
They had limited cutlery, cups and plates. We had to buy steak knives as the knives provided wouldn't cut through melted butter on a hot day.
The facilities such as the pool and gym were fantastic. They were used frequently by the local residence and had proper cleaning staff to take care of the maintenance and sanitary needs of the facilities and equipment.
The surrounding area in Parkville has plenty of walking tracks and parklands to enjoy, very well positioned.
