There is two parts to my review - the house and the property management company.
The House - a very comfortable and quiet house tucked away in Rye. A short drive to everything. Very handy having the spa in the back yard.
The Property Manager - I had to contact multiple times to get the check-in details (access to the keys), this was only provided 1.5 hours before check-in time. Phone calls and messages from the property manager on the second last day of my stay (Thursday), telling me that I had overstayed my visit, even though I had a confirmation and had paid to stay til the (Friday). When I advised and forwarded this information, I did not hear anything back, an apology would have been nice. Finally, it took 3 weeks to get the bond back (full amount), after numerous phone calls, emails & messages, when the terms and conditions stated the bond would be returned in 5 days.
I would love to stay at the property again, however I never want to deal with that property management company again.
