Our air conditioning wasn’t working properly but it was manageable

Anytime we go to Cleveland Clinic we stay here. It is convenient and a great value for your money. Always clean and welcoming. The shuttle service is an added bonus.

Super staff, clean, very nice room. If your flying out of Hopkins in Cleveland. Great place to stay. Airport across the street.

This was a great central property to downtown events

On a trip with two other people. There was a couch and a bed... and a floor. To be honest, it's not the most uncomfortable floor Ive slept on, I'd say it's more middle of the road type of floor. The carpet offers little to no cushioning so it made me feel like a monk, it was awesome! Then there was one night where a bald man was taking up 2 parking spaces and giving us dirty looks and that was less awesome :( but overall it was a fun time, pretty neat bathroom too! 👍 Oh also there was an elevator but it didn't work, it was ok, I got my steps in for the day 👍

I can’t say enough good things about this place! Every single employee was pleasant and worked to ensure my stay was absolutely perfect! 10STARS!!!!!
