The TRS portion of the resort was very relaxing and not as busy as the rest of the grand palladium, but I really appreciated the ability for residents of TRS to also use and visit amenities across the palladium resorts.

Staying at Xcaret was simply one of the best vacations we have had! The entire service and staff was amazing, we had everything and anything when we needed it. Food was superb and delicious. Now being an all-inclusive aside from the all you can eat and drink it includes entrances to their amazing parks which are filled with so many thrills and adventures, from zip lines, snorkeling, rides to Isla Mujeres on a catamaran, driving jeeps in the jungles, swimming in rivers with crystal clear waters etc, etc. Words just don't do this place justice.

This was the by far our nicest all inclusive we have went to. The staff everywhere were beyond friendly and the dining was outstanding. We will definitely be back

So much food!! A few minor details on property (our bathroom door wouldn't close all the way & an area of deferred maintenance on the ceiling in the main area), but overall was great. Our 2nd trip there & already talking about our 3rd. Only wish they had an option to not have admission to the parks. Senior citizens here, one with a scooter that is not accessible to most parks.

You wouldn’t find a good authentic Mexican food here but over than that everything was great. Staffs are so friendly, we love Predo our bartender !

This is a stunning property with 4 hotel options! Something for everyone!! The staff and service was excellent!! We also enjoyed the PGA course which is right there at the Bahia Principe!!
