We stayed here for one night 1 adult and 2 children, due to its proximity to Olympic stadium, for the room we paid direct over $700.00. The room was disgusting, with Snot smeared on the wall, blood marks on the wall, and lights in main bed unable to work. The room was ULTRA SMALL. I provided this feedback to reception and they offered a complimentary continental breakfast which was nice, however the unhygienic nature of this room and for the price, i will never recommend this hotel to any person ever, i have photographs of the walls and condition. The most disgusting hotel i have ever stayed in, in any part of the world. Shameful. dirty, simply disgusting . I can be contacted on 0408320927 if you would like more detailed information.

The only thing budget about the place is the amenities. I spent nearly $500 to stay the night in a 2 x 3 metre toilet bowl of a room, the water stopped working part-way through the night, the bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows paper thin. For the money, stay at the Pullman - next door and much nicer.

It was budget accommodation so I expected the small room and very limited breakfast options but I was very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness and lack of housekeeping. They provided a room service after 2 nights - but we didn’t get even that until we asked at reception - once we’d retuned from an exhausting day out to a room that smelled of wet towels. Also had cockroaches climbing the walls at night. And they took away our coffee mugs to clean but didn’t replace them - again had to ask at reception. Very disappointed.

Basic accommodation which is reflected in the nightly rate, unless you are there for an event then the increased nightly rate probably does not equate to the level of the accommodation. Rooms are like a cruise ship - small with limited facilities. Having said that - the location is perfect for attending Qudos Bank Arena or Accor Stadium. We chose this accommodation based on cost and location for the event we were attending. We limited the time spent in our room and explored Sydney instead. Not really a holiday accommodation. Staff were friendly. We did not utilise the breakfast option available.
