The staff is nice. Breakfast is good. Excess to highway is easy. However, the condition of property is poor. The carpet smells so bad in hallways and in the room. The management should start upgrading it. I would not recommend for family to stay.

Great location!
My kids love the pool. But the water was out for awhile we were there but it was fixed promptly. I didn’t like that the water system was loud. We can tell when someone flushes or is showering. Very thin walls I suppose. But overall, we enjoyed our stay. We love the location. All the food that we’ve all wanted to try was just a quick drive away. And the Carl’s Jr being in front of the hotel! Awesome!!! My family loved it!

Five nights. First day, no breakfast available because kitchen was being serviced, BUT they charged me $4 for two bottles of Kirkland (i.e. Costco) water. It should have been free since breakfast wasn't available. Second day asked for room cleaning before leaving that morning, wasn't clean when I got back. Same day, asked again; left again and room wasn't clean when I got back. The most important thing at any hotel, regardless of cost, is the bed. I have a bad back and brought a back brace and back support pillow from home. First two nights, BEST mattress I've ever slept on (I was ready to buy one!), didn't need support items; unfortunately, by third night, my HIP was aching. But for someone with no back issues, the bed would be EXTREMELY comfortable. Room temperature was cool entire stay. Very quiet for the most part. Staff friendly. Convenient location right off freeway. I recommend.

The location worked great for where we needed to be, free parking and free breakfast was a plus.The staff was always friendly and helpful. It would be great if you had an elevator for handicaped and elderly so they could have other floor options than only the first floor.

The pictures online make it seem more updated than it is. Wifi signal would not work in room and i needed to work from the room. Another issue was no elevator and being placed on the 3rd floor and needing to take all my bags up 3 flights.

Property was ok, lots of late night activities in the parking lot and area, noisy. My handicap uncle had to walk up to the third floor due to no elevator access. We had reserved 3 rooms and a couple of us woke up with bites, possibly bed bugs, one of our room windows was broken. Breakfast options were okay.
