Pay for what you get. Wouldn't stay again and advice others to go else where. Advertisement says pet friendly. Check in and find out it is $20/night for a pet. Carpet is old in hallways. When checking was asked what type of room would I like, I asked for a room away from busy street (wife is a lite sleeper) and was given one on the street side. Asked for a room change. Said full but website showed rooms available and parking lot was not full. Asked or manager. None available. Breakfast was poor and limited. Breakfast are was dirty with disgusting old food on top of trash cans.

my room assigned was the 3rd floor and there were NO ELEVATORS I had to carry all my stuff including my medical equipment which is a bit heavy.

I was charged for 3 days I didn’t stay. I checked out early because I found an apartment I was also charged for my small dog even though she is my service dog. I showed them her ESA letter signed by a therapist. I will never stay there again.

The staff at the front desk didn’t speak very good English and didn’t understand that I had a service animal so they continue to charge me $25 a day for my little dog. I told them and showed them the letter. They continued to charge me. When I checked out, they still charge me for the entire week. I am going to dispute those three days and expect to receive that money back in my credit card
