The hotel itself is very beautiful inside with its eurocentric design. It is very clean. The front desk was very welcoming upon arrival. Valet parking is a little steep, costing $45 with in and out services but there is no cheap parking available in this area. This hotel has a rooftop terrace where you can sit and get great views of the city.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean. You can definitely tell this hotel used to be a bank of some sort because of how it looks in the hallways. We had a window in a room, but you couldn't even see outside. I also wasnt a fan that the hotel room door had a glass window covered by curtain. A lot of things made it look outdated. It was walking distance to many bars and restaurants. OVerall a great experience.

Room was nothing like the photos. Complete bait and switch. Disgusting bed and bathroom. Dirty water. Horrible neighborhood overrun by drug addicts and aggressive homeless swarm you before getting to the parking lot if you’re out after dark.

Everything was great! Staff was very friendly and helpful. I apparently picked a room that was very small. The living area had no windows which made me feel claustrophobic. Other than that, had a wonderful stay!

The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing! So helpful, and had recommendations about restaurants, and fun activities nearby. The hotel was within walking distance to plenty of restaurants, and Petco park! The terrace/rooftop views were amazing, and they have plenty of tables if you wish to dine out there.
