I checked in and checked out within 30 minutes. Be aware this hotel room is nothing like the post. The lock on the window was broken, clearly the result of a forced entry. Half the swing lock was missing on the door so that could not be locked either. The surrounding area of the lodge had people doing drugs. Safety was the biggest concern. The room also had a ton of bugs in the bathtub and on the bed. Smaller issues included a dirty lamp shade and hair in the microwave.

The customer service they have had in this property was terrible. The gentleman that works in the front desk has no people's skills and no customers service skills whatsoever. Giving this place a one star, it's too much. They deserve a 0 stars. Not only that, I asked a gentleman, the days I was gonna stay there and I gave them permission to charge me for those days. He did not charge me for that 1 day and to top it all off. I just noticed when I got home. That they charge me a 100 bucks extra.Not only the customer service was bad as it is. From the rooms, some of the parts were falling off. Overall, the experience was terrible worse than terrible. I cannot even find a word that goes was terrible or bad. And not only that is bad for business, especially when they take away a $100. That wasn't supposed to be charged

ChatGPT I need help writing a bad review at a hotel with a broken ac ChatGPT Unpleasant Stay Due to Broken AC I recently stayed and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The biggest issue was the broken air conditioning in my room. Despite it being quite hot outside, the AC didn’t work, making the room unbearably warm and uncomfortable. I reported the problem to the front desk, but there was no prompt resolution. In addition to the AC problem, the staff didn’t seem particularly concerned about the inconvenience I was experiencing. They offered no alternative solution or compensation for the discomfort. I had hoped for a more pleasant and restful stay, but sadly, this was not the case. I do not recommend staying at this hotel unless they address their maintenance issues and improve their customer service.

Hotel is located at the end of a freeway exit ramp so there is quite a bit of traffic that results in considerable noise and a difficulty backing out of the parking spaces. Note that parking spaces are tandem, so someone may block you in. In which case you must walk to the office and have them call that person to move their car. Quite inconvenient.

Window in room left open all the way, screen was bent, a bunch of mosquitoes were in room. Wash cloth had a bunch of black stuff on it. Toilet was dirty, toilet paper new roll looked tampered with. Random people walking by at night trying to open multiple doors. I parked in a handicap stall and another car block the walking path to handicap spot. Management just ignored my concerns.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL! The pictures on Travelocity are nothing like the actual rooms. It's old, run-down, dirty, and in a bad neighborhood. I booked this property because the location was great, the pictures looked good, and the price implied that it was a solid property. WRONG! It's VERY overpriced, and they have some nerve charging what they did for this terrible property. They don't even have a parking spot for each room--our car was buried behind two other cars when we tried to leave. We found dead gnats in the sheets, and our socks were black after walking on the floors. They give you one small bar of soap and one towel with no housekeeping onsite to give you more. The mattresses were thin, the pillows were old and lumpy, and the bathroom counters were stained. The room looked and felt like a prison cell. One of the most miserable nights we've spent in a while. AVOID!

The staff were nice to me. The room looked clean when I got in. But: There were ants in the bathroom The maid came in every day but all they did was move my curling iron, and one day they emptied the trash. Out of 4 days. Never made the bed or anything, and left some long black hair in the bathroom. I have short red hair. The windows do not lock, and it's clear someone has come in or gone out the window at some point. I had to wedge something in there to feel safe. At 4am this morning, a man woke me up going from door to door screaming for Josie to come out so he could kill her. When I left my room Thursday, I had to step over the crack addict sleeping on the doorstep. I know he was a crack addict because he smoked crack in front of me as I was checking out today. The furniture is shabby, and the linens are torn and stained. And do not walk around the neighborhood alone at night. I almost got pickpocketed. I hope they use some of the exorbitant rates that I paid during comic con to make upgrades and hire security. This is a no-tell motel and I won't be staying there again.

Best part of this place is that it’s close to the trolly which can take you all over downtown San Diego. They do have free parking and a mini fridge and microwave. There are a lot of homeless around the area especially at night. Woke up with a dead roach on the floor, room felt old, dirty, and small.
