Set right in the heart of Sail Bay and walking distance to Mission Beach, this newly remodeled two bedroom, two bathroom ground floor condo has everything you need.
With a big living area with adjoining open plan dining and kitchen you can relax in style with stunning views over looking the bay and access onto your large, bay facing private patio.

Elegantly decorated throughout with modern decor this property comes with a large patio area covering the entire front of the condo. Plenty of seating and a large gas BBQ make a perfect spot to enjoy the bay and watch the sail boats or paddle-boarders float by.
Both bedrooms have access to the patio and direct views of the bay as well as a large flat screen TV. The master bedroom has 2 Queen sized beds and a stunning large en-suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has one Queen bed and one twin bunk beds. The 2nd bathroom is large and spacious.

Great Bayside Location

Loved the 3 separate accesses to the patio. Ideal location for walking to many eateries as well as close to beach.

Nice house and location

We enjoyed our long weekend here. The house is well stocked and clean. The bay view is beautiful and great for the kids. We would stay here again.

Amazing Location

We spend a long weekend at this lovely little condo on the bay. We lived in San Diego before (regrettably) moving away. We have our favorite spots we like to visit whenever we get a chance to return. This location was ideal for everything we wanted to do. The garage and extra parking spot are invaluable in this area and made things A LOT easier. Every room had a water view and the whole place has tile (excellent for the sand). The patio was HUGE and honestly, we spent a TON of time out there. The only challenges were small ones: no Air Conditioning (normal in San Diego, but of course we went during a rare heat wave) and the screens for the doors didn’t slide well in the tracks. My hubby fixed one so we had 2 of the 3 doors to the patio working well. Overall, we loved our stay and the family was already talking about coming back for my Bday again next year!
