Bedroom had a beautiful view. Bathrooms were a little small but that was okay, and the bed was very comfortable. Check in was a little busy but there was only one person, and there was one front desk man that was pretty snobby. The lady at the front desk was extremely nice and personable.

We stayed at the Harbor Court Hotel because of its close proximity to the On/Off Big Bus. We stayed for 2 nights. Our biggest complaint was the lack of flat surfaces for our things. I also had to move a bedside table to access a plug for my CPAP machine. It was quiet and comfortable. We had a nice view of the building with the LED lights. Breakfast was disappointing. It was not diabetic friendly being heavy on pastries and not much else. The person in charge of the breakfast area turned us off from eating there a second morning. He was wearing latex gloves, but touched his face, door handles and moved a floor rug before working at the food station. He never changed his gloves! Gross! On the plus side, we were able to store our luggage for a day of sightseeing before actually leaving SF. I was happy with our stay.

The staff, one of them being Luis, was very nice and helpful. However the area was a bit stinky, there are many flies hanging out by the back door constantly.

The property was in a great location. It is close to the ferry terminal and public transport. The BART station, Embarcadero is near by with a direct link to the airport. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet.

From check in to check out it was a great experience! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and the amenities were nice. Walking distance to many attractions on Embarcadero, including Oracle Park. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Great hotel! Very comfy and quiet, which surprised me because a lot of older style hotels have paper thin walls. Not this place. Close to the Ferry Building and easy access for Uber/Lyft. Easy walk to Oracle and seemed clean/safe outside. Will definitely recommend and stay here again!
