Hotel was clean and quiet. Stuff was great, friendly and helpful. Area is decent, ~15min walk to the Piers and public transport connections are good, stations are within ~2-3min walking distance. As some other areas, avoid walking around at night if you dont have to. Parking was good, no issues encountered but it is a bit dirty and smelly.

Service in the restaurant was bad. Food delivered was not the food ordered or even close to it. Only 1 server and the restaurant/bar was very busy. Ice machine not working. I stayed there twice in the same week with the same experience.

great location and area for walking and visiting chinatown. Even though parking s expensive, it helps a lot to keep your car safe from any vandalism (Aparently Vandalism is a real thing in San Francisco and instead of fixing it they want people to revolve around it - you will notice it with all those posters in the cuty wanting you to be smart to be cautios and blah blah blah). Room is clean. AC works. Grab and go breakfast is very within budget and there are a lot of other restaurants to dine in nearby.
