Robert was warm and welcoming and accommodated our request for a 2nd floor room with balcony. Room was spotless, bed was comfortable and room was quiet. Slept like a baby. We are regulars and well be back.

Super helpful and friendly staff. Rooms aren't luxurious, but they are clean, comfortable and stylish. Appreciated ample onsite parking. Fun vibe - We met other guests hanging out in the courtyard. Enjoyed learning about the history of the building.

While the neighborhood may look unsettling, once you get inside you'll find an historic gem. Large, clean rooms with updated bathrooms, modern amenities, great connectivity for work, and best of all, a welcoming and always friendly staff. As someone who travels all the time and stays at Hiltons and Marriotts, this place has great character and is safe. Highly recommend!
