Connie at the front desk did a great job providing customer service at La Quinta Inn Riverwalk in San Antonio, TX . She was very helpful. Knowing that I was transferred to this hotel because the La Quinta Inn in Downtown San Antonio was overbooked, she made sure I felt welcomed as a guest. By the way, Joey at the first hotel was amazing in customer service. He was always willing to help and assisted me with calling Expedia. He stayed by my side until I received the proper attention. Joey at the La Quinta Inn Downtown San Antonio, TX is also an outstanding worker! Thanks to both Joey and Connie!

Excellent hotel. Parking available for $47.00 daily, location or destination fee $25:00 daily, restaurants, CVS, all in the river walk. Best Hotel

The staff was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The security made me feel safe and even the valet workers were extremely helpful!

I appreciate everyone who I came in contact with the staff and the people who also stayed were very pleasant The view was awesome from the pool and the convenience staying there was so great and close to where I visited .

Old historic hotel kept in great condition. Multiple neautiful lounges/lobbies and beautiful courtyard. Much to do close by.

We recently had a pleasure stay at the Sonesta ES San Antonio. It was a good experience. The staff made us feel very welcome, the checking-in process was better than expected. The room was clean and very spacious. The breakfast was good. The location was also perfect. I highly recommended for a stay. The only downside was the parking near by, the valet was expensive. And the parking near the hotel way more expensive. But other than that, I highly recommend the hotel.
