We absolutely loved our 4 night stay. It’s minutes from the Wharf. It was immaculate, the staff were all incredibly friendly. Our room was spacious and modern. The breakfast was the best we have had. We highly recommend this hotel. The gas fireplaces outside were also very enjoyable at night. If you need a car rental there is one a block away. Excellent location.

Amazing

Great location, tv was having some problems, turning off on its own, audio behind the visuals sometimes. Other than that though everything else was good.

Very good hotel

The property was conveniently in the middle of everything, its a quick trip to Japantown or Chinatown, and there's the cute Macy's Christmas tree right there. Public transport it easy there too. CVS is right next door if you want snacks and water for the room.

Staff at check-in was friendly and helpful and room was clean and nicely furnished. Check-in and check-out were very easy. Somewhat noisy outside during the night (loud cars/motorcycles). Have stayed here before and would stay again.
