Very disappointing and overpriced
Hotel is very expensive. I was supposed to be given a $25 a day food credit and I had to argue with three people in order to get it and only for one day. Also, the hotel had promised a free upgrade and refused to honor it. Meanwhile there is a $40+ dollar per day "resort fee" when you are one block from the worst part of the Tenderloin and there are screaming drug addicts outside the room all night. They also charge a very hefty security deposit to your card -- $500 in my case. And the room service foot is excessively expensive: an omelet was $39 and salmon (no sides, no drink) was $60. The gym and pool are nice but the hotel is very poor value compared to nearby options. Stay somewhere else!

The staff was amazing! Very polite, efficient and friendly. I liked the layout of the room. It's designed so that there's space in between the front door and the beds making it quiet. The pool area was lit up like a competition was going to be help. Lights could be "calmer" to create a more relaxed atmosphere. Room service was prompt and complete. However, the room service delivery fees were quite high!! I would come back again!

Very lovely, upgraded hotel on the edge of Union Square, absolutely no complaints about the room or the facilities, we got the petite room, which was tight quarters but very well appointed. The area of union Square has seen better days and is incredibly congested but otherwise a perfect spot.

The bar area was small and Saturday night there were no seats available after we returned to the hotel around 1030p so we went back to our room instead. Earlier in the day it wasvery quiet. Staff was helpful and friendly. Ian the bartender was most informative and made a killer espresso martini.
