Can’t say ENOUGH good things about Hotel Nikko. Always skeptical when reading reviews online about hotels, but this one was almost too good to be true. Amazing facility, extremely nice staff at check in/check out and exceptional hospitality. The $125 “incidental hold” was the only thing that got me at first, but with such an excellent hotel, it made sense the more I thought about it. A MUST book if you visit SF!

Decent hotel
Overall decent stay. They have a good sushi restaurant, but dine-in only. This would not be such an issue but the room servie is limited. Also, an offer for an upgraded room was sent earlier in the week. I accepted the offer only to find out upon checking in that the request was not able to be granted.

Favorite SF hotel
Our favorite hotel in San Francisco! Top tier service and hospitality. We LOVE the indoor, heated pool. It never gets hot in San Francisco, but Hotel Nikko makes it feel like you’ve found an oasis in a cold, foggy city. We visit many times each year.

The rooms are nice, quick check-in, great location. Only issue is how difficult it was to locate the hotel's entrance (inside the garage!?). Walked atound the entire exterior of the building.
