Do yourself a favour and avoid staying here. You're paying hotel prices for hostel level accomodation. The standard rooms have no natural light and the beds are on wheels, so anytime you sit down on them they move. The hotel internet was broken when I arrived and it took them 2 days to fix it. Our room was across from the main air con ventilation in the hallway which was extremely loud. There is no temperature control in the room, and it got very hot at night with no way to cool down. My keycard didn't work to open the hotel after 10pm as it was meant to. Luckily the outside door opened anyway despite the fact it should have been locked. Both our keycards also regularly stopped working for the room and we had to get them re-done. There were many other smaller issues. On the positive side the staff were fairly friendly and helpful, the room was generally clean (some dust over some furniture), and the shower was decent. It's fine as somewhere to sleep, but for the price you should either stay somewhere more basic but much cheaper, or a bit more expensive but much nicer.

Small basic room with no windows and air conditioning on all the time with no controls. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Quite average service. A rabbit Warren that can be hard to find things like a lift. Great location

A bit off the scene
Stayed here for 1 night this weekend in a standard queen. Room was spacious and bed was comfy. However, it was an inside room with no windows which was not clealy stated in the booking window. It‘s also bit of a walk to the city centre. Was good for the night but next time, I may do some more research as I don’t like rooms with no natural light.

-We got given the wrong room - Twin room instead of Queen -The temperature in the room was not able to be changed and it was quite hot. -A noisy fan ran all night inside our room as part of the HVAC. -Beds were very uncomfortable and rolled around the room easily. -No lights in hallway to lift -Shower drain was blocked and flooded the entire bathroom, which was wet all night. -Staff we met were nice, but the computer system was down which made it difficult to check in.

Shower head was broken, and one of the beds had horrible stains on the sheets. Holes in the walls. Fire alarm batteries also needed changing and constantly beeped throughout the night. Walls super thin as well.

Receptionist really needs a refresher course in being a good communicator. Unintelligible, curt and dismissive are some of the adjectives I can give. You need more staff , a light that goes on in the hallway when looking for the lift, and a sign to tell you the direction of where the lift is located. Also a seperate bin in the room would be handy, not just in the bathroom

Very happy with accommodation. Pillows and shower both firm and a decent amounts of water pressure. Aomw showers are like sprinklers this reminded me of home. Also great help by lovely receptionist. I was lost then got locked out because i couldn't figure out the key pad. But she was up and helped me in. Lovely receptionist. The services and my own troubles ect i went the wrong way to my level got locked out of level 3 rang reception and she opened the door and showed me the lift id not known existed. Very pleasant and helpful and understanding of my low income regarding room bond. This was muxh appreciated given my shotage of spare cash on arrival. Will definitely stay again close to food and transport. Right across the road from a nice park as well. Sat at a pond across from the hotel both night and day. Recommended highly. Due to amazing and kind lady on reception. If i could give 7 stars for service on arrival i would. And i hate the cold when i got home from a gig heater was on in the room. Firm pillows and great shower. And amazing front of house service. Next time im in Sydney ill stay there again for friendly and helpful service. And patient receptionist aswell. Needed help a few occasions due to my own mis adventures. I was worried the third time she might say. "YOU AGAIN WHAT NOW" haha but was kind and pleasant on multiple occasions and guided me to hotel. Was lost for 15 mins looking before calling the hotel and with patience she guided me to hotel.
