Good location. Need to improve the cleanliness of the bathroom, the bathroom door is jammed so hard to open and close the door, the room smelled as well. Additionally, reception attendant should be available at the desk day time other than keeping notes on the door!

Top notch cleaning skills, I could touch everything smooth and walk barefoot that clean. White fresh linen even the bedcover looked and smelled clean. Our double unit has window with fresh air, kitchens sink, utensils and kettle. TV and Aircon which we didn't use. The reception people were great and gave extra blankets and it was nicely cool in July 2025. No lifts but thankfully stairs and common areas are all lit. Oh and the toilet and showers were a common area too. Thankfully it was quiet and deserted in the hall every time we went to the bathroom which were clean. Shower water was hot which was great and we found towels and soap, tea coffee sugar, fridge, mirror, bedside table, desk and chair. Wardrobe. i paid 128 a night.

Location is excellent- public transport, ethnic food, Aussie pubs etc. The only downside for me was no elevator and long staircases to carry luggage.

Hotel manager very kind and understanding when we encountered some hiccups checking in. Very well priced for the quality of accommodation - the room was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable. There was air con, a kettle, some basic cutlery and crockery, and a fridge. I'd definitely choose to stay here again due to the cost and the location.

A decent little hidden-hole

It's perfectly fine for what it is: a cheap place to sleep, very close to Sydney Central station. The staff are friendly and there's a decent pub right next door.

This place does not meet the minimum standards to offer rooms. Not sure how it passed inspection. Also staff are rude and has 0 empathy to understand train services get affected by heavy rain and are unwilling to accommodate urgent customers needs. This place is not even good for homeless people.

Pretty basic, good for one night. The shared bathroom only on floors 2 and up so if you’re on level 1 you have to walk up stairs. Also if arriving past 7pm did have to call for someone to come down and check you in which was fine. There was a man standing out the front with no phone charge so he couldn’t get in until I called for him. I’d make sure to have phone service and sim before arrival. Got a free upgrade to a double room which was great.
