The staff here were amazing, but the experience could have been better, the initial room was dirty and aircon unit not working properly, so they moved us, which was fine until the new rooms ac failed, so thy upgraded us at no cost which was great. The hotel requires an upgrade which I believe is happening in March this year, so once completed I would expect the overall experience to be much better. I would like to reiterate though that even though we had some issues with the rooms, the staff were extremely professional, nothing was too much, the Manager Roshak was excellent. Location brilliant, beach amazing and couldn't get enough of the Acai smoothies at Oakberry!!!!

Amazing staff and beautiful views
Great place to stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and the ocean view was beautiful. The staff was beyond accomodating and went out of their way to make you comfortable. We used public transit to travel around Sydney and there were bus stops conveniently just outside the hotel. We showed up early not expecting our room to be ready, but it was and were allowed to check in. Lots of great restaurants nearby for take away. Very safe area.

Lovely hotel beautifully situated across the street from fabulous Coogee beach. Everything about our stay was wonderful, right from check in to check out Appreciate the bathrobe and slippers. Got a late check out and then enjoyed the area and the hotel pool until our flight time. I'll return here whenever I visit Australia.

I give hotel excellent review! We had a minor confusion checking in. But by the time we came back after walking and visiting stores , front desk was nice enough to accommodate us with king size bed and ocean view. I feel awful that I did not catch his name!! Thank you so much!!!
