Its location makes it the best and most convenient stop over for my family when we travel to Sydney. It is currently changing from the Marriott to the Crown and do lots of work taking place for the new branding. This did not impact our stay. We will be back.

Best Customer Service Experience
It’s not unusual to receive good customer service from one of two employees but this was amazing. I interacted with at least 7 staff who all made me feel welcome and couldn’t do enough to help me. This is across 4 departments. Senior management deserve recognition for well trained team. FYI, I’ve stayed away for all most 100 nights this year in multiple countries so I know the difference!

We felt the breakfast was not atva good standard. It buffet was not added to as required. Guests had to ask for cutlery, more fruit, more bread etc. Also, i felt that the extra charge of $50 was unnecessary as there was no Mini bar in the room. Why should i wat 2 to 4 days for the $50 to be credited back to me?
