Waited in line for over an hour to check in, book room for 3 people only to find if I actually wanted somewhere for the 3rd person to sleep I would need to pay them more money for an extra bed to be brought up - not told this at time of booking. No onsite parking, was told I would need to leave my car at local shopping centre and walk 15 minutes back to our accommodation.

Its location makes it the best and most convenient stop over for my family when we travel to Sydney. It is currently changing from the Marriott to the Crown and do lots of work taking place for the new branding. This did not impact our stay. We will be back.

We went down to reception to ask for a extra towel and blanket The lady at reception commented house keeping close and will find and bring to room but did not arrived We also found room to be unclean, on the side table there was a dry contact lens and dust on the furniture We also commented to the receptionist in the morning about our disappointment but nothing to help

Clean but dated
Good location within minutes walk from the metro station, clean and spacious room. However hotel is a bit dated, bathroom and balcony in particular could use a refresh. Cushion on the couch had a hole in it. Balcony also faces onto the main road so we did not end up using it. Hotel bar did not have the right ambience with harsh lighting, tinny music, and fruit flies. Staff were friendly and helpful.
