Located in chinatown and walkable to darling harbour. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast had wide variety and staff were very helpful and recommended eateries during our stay

The carpet in the room was not vacuumed. Even 2 days later when we had the room cleaned it was still not vacuumed. Basically they just redo the bedspread and changed towels in the bathroom and clear the rubbish bin. However the front desk staff and the service staff in the cafe for the morning breakfast was very friendly and helpful, so it does help in making the stay in the hotel a pleasant experience.

Excellent service
We arrived early 10:00am from Canada. The hotel was fully booked. They secured all our luggage, we went for a walk and lunch. When we came back at 2:00pm we were able to check-in. We appreciated that very much.

Comfortable rooms. Great location in heart of food district. Close to public transport and walkable. Prices were quite high for a room that was just a room, no view, nothing special on the second floor. Many flight staff seem to stay at the location. Maybe they had better lodgings?

For the price you pay for your room you do not get value for money. The property needs a serious update and appears they have taken over running the old Holiday Inn and just stuck their branding on it. Rooms need a big refurbishment as there aren't even any USB outlets to charge anything. The bathroom has extremely old fixtures that work but feel well used. The room appeared decent but needed a better clean as a spider web as hanging from the roof and a squashed bug on the wall, not cleaned off.
