State of the art Miele and DeLonghi appliances and generous built-in storage cabinetry in the full-facilities kitchen makes whipping up a meal a breeze. It is located a few steps from the chic glass dining table that seats six.
The room has access to the outdoor covered balcony, which is ideal for enjoying some evening drinks with friends whilst taking in beautiful views.
If you want to dine al fresco and enjoy the weather, we suggest the shared rooftop terrace. It features a BBQ, modular lounge, dining table and beautiful greenery and cityscape views with lights that sparkle at night.
Bedroom one has a queen bed with ensuite access to the bathroom (with shower), and the second bedroom contains a 2 king single beds, making it ideal for younger guests too.
The elegantly tiled second bathroom contains a shower overhead of the bathtub to peacefully laze and soak in (perhaps to ease tired muscles after a day shopping up a storm in the nearby boutiques).
Long stays can make the use of the separate laundry with washer and dryer.
Surry Hills is an enviable location in the east, close to boutique shops and some of the best cafs, bars and restaurants. Elizabeth St is centrally located near a supermarket for any essentials, the light rail and just 10 minutes walking distance to Central Station.

Two Skinny Pickles on Elizabeth St is a considered by locals as one of the best coffee spots. This caf also serves great breakfast and lunch options and is within just minutes walk from the apartment.
Dining out? Local favourites include: Bad Mama (Thai with a twist), Zahi (Modern Middle Eastern), Suzuya (Japanese), Porteno (Argentinian) and Chin Chin (Asian fusion).
Wander down Crown St for some boutique shopping, or head to either Bondi Junction or Pitt St (Sydney CBD) Westfields for a mix of high end and budget retailers.

"Maintenance & Booking Policy Note:
We are committed to providing efficient maintenance services. However, please be aware that we can only attend to maintenance issues during regular work hours. Callouts cannot be confirmed on weekends (Fridays 4 pm - Monday 10 am) and public holidays, as well as outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am, Monday-Friday). We understand the importance of prompt repairs and will respond to all requests within 24 hours, arranging tradespeople during work hours.
Our deposit policy requires a 50% payment at the time of booking, and credit card transactions will have a non-refundable fee of 3.5%.
The security bond will only be held through pre-authorization 1-2 days before arrival. Depending on the property's size, this pre-authorization hold will range from $500 to $2,000 and is required 1 day prior to arrival. Selected properties may request guests' IDs for verification.
To avoid credit card fees, guests can opt for bank transfers for payment. Please inform the host in advance if you will use this payment method."
