Stayed there with my young daughter when heading to an event at Olympic park. Clean and tidy room, friendly staff on check in who also gave sound advice about transport options, and we were lucky to get one of the few car parks. Despite being on a busy road it was quiet and felt safe.

The place is clean and the bed is comfy, all the rooms we booked has free water bottles and complementary’s drinks at the bar. The only issue is because the hotel is right the Main Street so it a bit noisy for who is a light sleeper, I have no issue at all.

We had family studio room 9, and the bathroom was VERY small. Shower was in a TINY bathtub and this made showering very difficult. The hot water was very unreliable and unpredictable with minimal water pressure. However, I did see other rooms as we were leaving, and their bathrooms were much nicer and much larger. Staff were friendly and helpful, parking was handy, room was clean. Beds were comfy.
