Enjoyed my stay but would have preferred smoke less rooms. You could feel smoke only if you stay for like 30 or more. I don't understand why management can't control that. Didn't understand where from the smoke was coming. My friend in another room had similar issues and kept windows open throughout the night. I would like to add here the hotel is located at excellent place and you could easily find restaurants around and buss stops at well. If you feel suffocated inside rooms you can go for a short walk

Hidden gem!
What a great little gem this Hotel is!! Such amazing value and great facilities. Very easy access to transport and just 10 mins by Uber to the city. Friendly manager and staff and great food and drinks. Will be back for sure!

Great value for money at this time of the year (early January). Beautifully renovated old hotel. Convenient location. Meals available on site and continental breakfast included. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable.

The room and ensuite great and comfortable. Great for 1 night stay Suggest you book parking as we did because not to many options The staff were great very helpful and polite As you can understand in a old pub a lot of stairs which can be difficult but overall we had a great stay

Beautiful room, high ceilings and very comfy bed. Lots of space to spread out. Shared bathroom was very nice although only one toilet/shower room and one other just toilet room

Awesome
A superb place to stay. A bargain price and close to the metro direct into Central station. Great bedroom, a lovely shared kitchen/sitting room, all spotlessly clean. Quiet too, yet with a pub downstairs doing awesome traditional pub grub. 300g sirloin steak cooked to perfection for 25 bucks, what a bargain. We stayed 4 nights and ate dinner in the pub each night.

This is a sports bar pub downstairs with hotel rooms upstairs. The hotel rooms are clean and well maintained. Guests share a common kitchen which is stocked with bread, cereals, condiments, yogurt, milk, teas and instant coffee.

The location of the hotel was perfect. Kids loved the playground located right across the street. We enjoyed the complimentary cereal, toast and coffee. The shared bathroom was always clean And tidy.
