Interesting Experience
We decided to relocate half way through our stay due to multiple concerns with the property. The property manager, Karen, was quite intense to communicate with and we felt micro-managed during our stay. The place was not very clean, with dirty sheets (which were washed again for us), dust, toilet was unclean and black mold in the skylight from the bathroom sprinkled down onto the basin. There was a lack of privacy due to no blinds in the living area. We also regularly heard noises from upstairs (chatting, tv’s, sneezes and toilet flushes). The bed was also extremely soft and the base was flimsy (only double size). Overall, we felt really uncomfortable and decided to respectfully relocate with the help of Stayz.

Amazing Property, Lovely Hosts
The garden villa was a beautiful living space with a lovely and private outdoor and indoor area. A very clean and relaxing space to unwind after exploring during the day. The hosts were very kind and available to assist us with any issues we had during our stay. The location is very convenient, with close proximity to amazing food options and a 10-15 minute walk to the beach, shopping areas and station, with a bus stop just down the street. Our stay was very easy and enjoyable, a perfect spot for 1-2 people to relax after enjoying the surrounding activities or venturing into downtown for the day.

Resort at Cronulla - beachside tropical oasis
Yes it is like a resort and tropical oasis but also very homey. We had a lovely relaxing time there. It has everything we needed and is close to the beach, a lovely club with great restaurant but not too close to the bustling part of Cronulla town. Karen is a lovely host and goes out of her way to make guests feel welcome and comfortable.
