There was other peoples rubbish in the property (food scraps etc) the check in instructions where vague and weird. The dryer barely worked and the shower was terrible. The location itself is wonderful, but the accommodation i wouldnt use again

The pick up of key was poorly advised until i rang and complained. There was no explanation re the card to make electricity stay on and so we spent the first night without air or lights. Poor communication after ringing the help line i was asked to send a photo of the lights not workink. ???? There was not direction to the parking and front desk /reception dont want to even talk to you because its private lease. No direction to gym or pool. Main tv stopped working after first night. Washing machine stopped working after the 2nd load.

Having stayed at the property before the orientation of an apart with an aspect to Brown Street is notably quieter. This apartment unfortunately, with poor sounding proofing/glazing in the bedroom, is impacted on Friday and Saturday nights being above the beer garden below. Otherwise spacious, well appointed and convenient location
