If you're looking for a relaxing coastal getaway in Avalon's most convenient location our 3 bedroom home with self-contained cabin (4th bedroom) has everything you'll need.

The house is open plan with living, dining and kitchen in one area, flowing through to a generous undercover outdoor entertaining area through to lawn and lush tropical gardens. An outdoor hot and cold shower is another wonderful feature. The front and rear yards are fenced so children and pets can play safely (we're pet friendly). Our guests comment, "the back garden is absolutely stunning and we spent most of our time out there - very relaxing and great for kids."

The location is unbeatable with a flat, easy stroll to the North Avalon strip, Avalon Beach and Avalon village where you'll find a vibrant shopping and dining hub. Whale Beach & Bilgola Beach are also within walking distance and Palm Beach is an easy drive. This is your opportunity for a carefree holiday where you can mostly avoid the use of a car.
