I liked the location of the property it was a very clean atmosphere overall. I didnt like the checkin procedure because i was on hold for 50 minutes and i only wanted to ask a our the keys. Also the lady which they put me through for the instructions for check in was a bit rude and didnt answer my messages.

Overall our visit was excellent. The apartment was spacious & very comfortable. One recommendation would be to include some basic commodities e.g. sugar & salt. Our apartment #16 did not have a hair dryer- perhaps someone decided they needed a memento of their visit!!.

Family of 4 stayed 3 nts from Good Friday. Check in procedures were unclear; the apartment was not clean, used towels and bed sheets, dirty floors. There was no one I can contact to get clean sheets and towels. One bathroom door was broken, the other bathroom light doesn't work. Vacuum cleaner doesn't work. I realize it was the Easter holidays, but I booked this room months ago, and getting an unclean room was just awful. The upsides were a new kitchen, free WIFI and parking.

At check in found that apartment wasn't available as cleaner had missed doing it that day, after waiting 2 hours still could not use room. An hour later after having had to take my children to dinner rather than cook for them, came back to find apartment still being cleaned. Eventually 4 and a half hours after apparently being available for check in room was ready, I then spent the next 45 mins further cleaning all the things that had been missed. The apartment itself was okay though there were issues with some of the fittings, the area is nice with all necessities close by, just the whole check in experience soured the stay.

a handy 20mins outside of brisbane city, very multi-cultural location, not great communication from the management team with regards- changes to apartment, cleaning service & answering urgent phone calls.

Morshead Views certainly had a nice view of the city and has the potential to be terrific. However, there were some basic shot falls. In the itinerary it says to supply your own personal items- we did not consider toilet paper, dish washing liquid/tablets for the dishwasher and a cloth, to be personal items that I would pack when travelling interstate. (Body wash, shampoo & conditioner were supplied :) happy to pack these items!) The kitchen tap was broken and the dish washer was still full of dishes that had been rinsed but were certainly not clean enough to put away. Pillows were very soft. Keys could do with labelling. When it rained the water pooled under the door creating a potential slipping hazard on the tiles and if left unattended too will damage the skirting boards. If these basic annoyances could be addressed it would be make the stay more pleasurable even to terrific!

Nice apartment with good location but after driving 13 hours a family of 5 arrived at the apartment to find no toilet paper in either toilet and only 4 bath towels. We called the after hours mobile number for the manager and left a message and received a text back saying "Sorry, I can't talk right now" and we have not received a response to date. Also both shower doors leaked.

Booked a three bedroom arrived to a two bedroom and no trundles however they organised two trundles immediately. Washing machine worked but drain must be blocked so couldn't use it. Clean, quiet, convenient, would stay again.

Lies and poor accommodation
Booked a three bedroom, then received a call to say they had a problem and couldn't provide the three bedroom. We were offered a two bedroom instead (with no price reduction) but were told the accommodation was the same size just a larger living area (hard to believe as the living area was very small) and the second bedroom was large enough to put two beds. Also promised a room with views and a port-a-cot. Arrived to find one bed in second room and a cot-bed in the living room, no port-a-cot and no view! When we called to complain to staff they were very rude and lied several times. They said if we wanted to move for the view we would have to wait until the morning, in the morning we were told we were offered it last night. Disgraceful! Told to pull the cot-bed into the children's bedroom with the double; there was no room to move, not to mention the issues of having a double bed and cot-bed and two children to satisfy! Said they would "sort the rest out in the morning"; only to be told in the morning that it was our fault. Floors were dirty, we found a piece of glass in the kitchen and an empty condom in the children's bedroom. There was a hole in the wall. No doona covers on the doonas, can't imagine what it would have looked like under UV. Will not be staying in any of their accommodation in the future and will tell everyone I know about how poor our experience was.

Potential but missed the mark on so many points
It started when we booked. Pay on arrival was a option and we then we were billed a day later. We emailed to ask with no response. Then 3 days before they charged the balance plus a cleaning fee hidden in the fine print. We arrive with a car full of tired kids at 9pm at night after an 800km car trip to the instructions of self checkin key boxes. No key. We ring the contact number to be told they forgot to send us an email to say we had changed rooms but the cleaners had forgot to leave the key and no one would be there for at least 45min to an hour. Still no apology and a car full of very tired kids about to snap. We finally get into the room at 10:40 and kids to bed. Relief. We go to get into bed that looked like a good effort from a 10yr old making a bed for the first time on their own. Bathroom was welcoming to a used bar or soap on the rack in the shower and yellow stains on a towel on the rail. Dirty bathroom in general. The next morning a call from the kids. "Is there anymore toilet paper" after searching we found none. One and a quarter rollsfor the unit. ( next people to stay will be ok we brought an 8 pack of paper and left it there). We also went to do a load of washing but no washing powder oops. This unit has great potential and was a lovely view of the city at night just missed the mark on so many little things.

受付が本当に態度が悪いです。 ホテル自体にはレセプションはなく、全て電話かメールでの対応でした。 鍵の建付けが悪くなかなか開かなかったです。 本当にすぐには開かないです。 最終的に隣人に助けてもらい、部屋にはいることができました。コツがいるようです。、 そんなのは鍵が壊れていると指摘したのにも関わらずあなたのやり方が悪いというようなことを言われました。 部屋は綺麗ですが、食器類などは1度洗ってから使う方がいいです。汚いので。

管理者が施設にいません。キーboxから鍵を預かり利用します。私たちはキーboxの暗証番号を電話でオーナーに聞くところから苦戦しました。 またエクスペディアでの比較料金には施設清掃費80ドルが入っていなかったので料金の比較ができないことと、そのお支払いの為のカード決済のやりとりをオーナーとメールでやらねばならず苦労しました。

Brisbaneでまた住んでみたいホテル。でも、いくつか改善は不可欠。
家族（幼児2人含む）で5泊した。このホテルにはいくつかの不備があったため総合評価は低くせざるを得ないが、もしブリスベンを再度訪れる機会があればもう一度滞在したいと思っている（これらの不備が無ければ、総合評価は満点）。以下の不備については、ぜひ、改善してほしい。 ▲不備1. 寝室のカーペットの辺縁部の毛の中に、金属製の針（大工工事用のステープル）が上向きにいくつも隠れている。子供が足の裏を五ミリ程度切って出血するケガをしただけでなく、妻も足の裏に刺し傷を作った。ぱっと見では分からないが、カーペットに紙をおいて上から押しつけるといくつも穴が空くので明らか。２つの寝室いずれでも見つかった。ホテルの担当者にすぐにテキストメッセージで連絡したが説明も謝罪も無い。滞在客の安全に関わることなので、即刻改善が必要。 ▲不備2. 滞在中に洗濯用洗剤、食洗機洗剤、石鹸、シャンプーなどが不足した。５泊の滞在だが、いずれも2-3泊程度分しか部屋におかれていなかった。担当者にテキストメッセージで連絡したら、部屋に届けるとすぐに返事が来たが物は届かず。翌日尋ねると、「清掃担当者から部屋のドアノブにかけておいたと報告を受けている。届かなかったのは変」という返事だけで、結局、届けられることは無かった。これらの消耗品は、せめて、部屋の中まで届けるなどの配慮が必要。 ▲不備3. このホテルにはレセプションが無く、連絡はメールかテキストメッセージのみ。担当者は事前にチェックイン方法などをHotels.comのメールで送信したというが、届いておらず。メールの再送お願いし、部屋の使用方法について質問いたが、結局返事は無かった。連絡方法の改善と、事前案内の改善が必要。 以上、３つの改善点を上げたが、最初に書いた通り、もしブリスベンを再度訪れるなら、このホテルに滞在したいと思っている。理由は以下の３つ。 ◎1. 部屋が広くて清潔：　白色で統一された部屋には、寝室が２部屋（１つはシャワールームつき）、広いリビングダイニングが１部屋、バスタブのあるバスルームが１部屋、広いベランダがある。寝室以外はタイル張り。ベランダにはテーブル２つの椅子とソファ、リビングにもテーブル２つと椅子とソファがあり、快適に過ごせる。 ◎2.快適な設備で、住んでいるように生活できる。 IHコンロ（４口）、冷蔵庫、食洗機、洗濯機、乾燥機などはいずれも使いやすかった。 ◎3. 周りは住宅地で、徒歩圏内にスーパーや中東系の人が経営するショップやレストランなどがあり便利。 あと、このホテルを利用しようとしている方へのアドバイスをいくつか。 ・オーストラリア国内で通用する携帯電話を必ず準備しておくといい。空港等で格安のものが簡単に購入できる。ホテルの担当者とは、基本的には定められた時間内に、テキストメッセージか電話でしかやりとりできない。私達は到着時に鍵の受け取り方法を知らされておらず、ホテルの担当者とも連絡がとれずかなり焦った。結局、ホテルの情報欄の電場番号に電話してテキストメッセージを送って、駐車場入口のキーボックスの番号を聞いてようやく入ることができた。 ・部屋の設備や状態を写真にとっておくといいかも。部屋に入るといろいろ説明の書いたA4の案内が冷蔵庫に貼ってあり、時間外の連絡には課金するとか、食器がキレイになっていなかったら課金するとかの注意書きがある。でも、フライパンや鍋は焦げ付きがひどいまま放置されており、料理に使えるように磨くのに苦労したし、窓枠の鍵がこわれていたりした。

スーパーに近いホテルで買い物が歩いて出来た。
アパートメントホテルに、シドニーやアメリカで経験してので、このホテルを選んだが、カウンターがないならそれだけのサービスをして欲しい！ トイレットペーパー、シャンプー、ソープ、コーヒーなどが1日でなくなり困った！ 鍵の受け渡しが、言語の出来る人がいなかったら全く分からなかった！ 後の事は翻訳アプリで調べて理解する事が出来るが、チェックインは本当に困った！ ホテルの環境は良かったので、キッチンを使いながら、旅を楽しみたい人にはお勧めしたいです。
