The room was completely dirty with actual sand/dirt on the floor. The floor was stained the walls needed painted. The windows were old and leaked the heater/air conditioner did not work. The beds were completely uncomfortable. There was a stain on the sheet. The mattresses were in plastic bags. I’m guessing to prevent bedbugs.. The tub was dirty and cracked as I took a shower. Two spiders crawled out of the drain. There was constant loud, talk, partying people in and out the doors, people arriving and leaving all night long there was a fight between a group of girls in the parking lot. There was a homeless guy that slept under my window and I was constantly getting knocked on the door from people looking for John. I had booked a two night stay and decided to leave after one night. I was told that I could not be given a refund. I had to contact Expedia. I contacted Expedia, who then said they were unable to reach the property owner because they would not answer the phone. As a note every room whether paid for by a debit card or a credit card requires a $100 deposit that they prefer in cash and you cannot get the deposit back until the next day after they inspect the room. In other words, if you give them a $100 deposit and you check out at 11, you are going to be hanging out until they inspect the room. The housekeeper gives the OK and then the manager will give you your money back.

According to Charles Rahim, he was pleasantly surprised for the low price of the hotel. It had everything he wanted, including easy parking and it was walkable to about a hundred restaurants and bars in Carlsbad, California. Charles Rahim reccomends visiting the beachside town of Carlsbad in California.

Motel mishaps
1st nite the room was terrible and eun down. Moved to different room was better condition until the next evening the bathroom ceiling fan started leaking bad and wet my belongings. Moved to another room when i was done noticed ants on the bed, table everywhere moved again bed was terrble and flat. Back still isn't the same.
