The hotel staff were very helpful and rooms were very clean and comfortable I would definitely recommend it

My stay at this hotel was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Check-in starts at 15h, but you can drop off your luggage if your flight arrives earlier. The room was clean except for one time when the sheet cover had a red mark, and I don't wear lipstick. I placed the sign to make up my room, and it was replaced. I loved the video-on-demand function on the TV to relax at night. The bathroom was clean and easy to use. I used the laundry coin machines, which had a built-in detergent dispenser. The ice machines were nice and convenient. The Lawson convenience store on the second floor is very convenient when I want a drink or snack. It is a 2-minute walk from the Oedo and Chuo-Sobu lines. Sumida Ward has great food locations that are not filled with tourists, and it is right next to the Sumo tournament arena.

Nice and clean

My stay was amazing, and everything from check in to check out was easy and streamlined. The hotel wasn’t too far from the train station and was a nice walk to and from the station. There were plenty of food options in the area, as well as shopping options as well.

We liked this hotel. Definitely pay more for the larger rooms. We got the 23 square meter room, and it was just barely large enough for the two of us and our luggage. Overall, everything inside the hotel is really nice, the breakfast was delicious, and the on-site laundry was convenient. The neighborhood was a little sketchy (red light district), but still felt fairly safe. It's a short walk to Shinjuku Station and the 3-D LED cat.
