This property does not have central ac and the windows do not open. It was very hot in my room which was super uncomfortable and did not see this on any of the reviews or property information. There were also hairs in the shower. This bed was the most comfortable out of the other hotels in my stay.

First I must mention it's very foreign friendly I saw a good number of foreigners and the staff had pretty good English skills I was pretty shocked at first. Omg I can not gush enough about my stay it was so nice, I decided to solo travel to Japan and was so nervous but once I got to the hotel I felt a lot better, they have a very easy self check-in area then the receptionist, easy check-out process too. Location was perfect I could walk 5 minutes anywhere and find sky.ethi g plus it was close to the train stations which is a plus. Staff was very friendly,, food was amazing. Room felt really nice and independent it really helped me love my stay in Japan.

The room was in a prettt good area, however during our stay we learned that we didn’t have control of our own thermostat. It was extremely warm in there and when we called the hotel staff they told us to “open the door” at 2 am..

Elevators were a bit slow but not too bad. Room was bigger than expected. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Wi-Fi connection worked well and they offered screen sharing to watch from your phone. Overall enjoyed my stay.

I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again!
This is one of the larger APA properties. It is extremely well maintained and offers all the necessary amenities at a reasonable price. The Grand Spa was also great, and it is included in the price of your stay. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again!

So many convenience stores around including a Lawson inside the hotel, hotel staff are understanding and most speak English but more than anything, the quick walk to JR station.

Unfortunately my experience was a bad one. We got to our room to find it was so small you couldn't even open your suitcase on the floor. We asked for a larger room. They gave us a larger room for one night and said I had to pay now for the room and after that they would refund the original booking which was for around 5 days. So I paid then they said the refund would go through in around a few weeks to a few months!! I still haven't got it. I was very angry.

Best APA hotel in Tokyo!
Staff helpful and friendly. Some staff did speak English. No complaints at all. Facility was clean and kept up. If you’re traveling a lot this hotel is easy to navigate to train station. Quiet neighborhood so not too loud. Will definitely be coming back on next trip! Thank you for taking care of us.

Easy access to the train. Friendly staff. Nice room a bit on the small size the only downside is the bathroom being on a higher platform from the room so if needed to go in the middle of the night you need to remember the little step in order to get in the restroom
